Shipping and Returns


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, the shipping options you choose and your geographical location. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Average shipping times range from 5-10 business days within Canada.

For cross-border shipments we do not guarantee your package(s) will arrive at their destination within the time specified on the shipping option you have selected, as these shipments are subject to customs clearance processes by the destination country.

Note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs plus 10% handling fee for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Do not ship items to J.Co Organics until you have contacted us and received a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from J.Co Organics. Items shipped without a RAN will be declined and returned to the sender. Contact us at or 1-866-805-7546 for this number.
Items received incorrectly or defective items must be reported to J.Co Organics within 24 hours of receiving the goods. If the return is a result of our error, J.Co Organics will pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
